Hatha Yoga Sadhana( Level2 )

This course is imparted to those who completed Asthanga Yoga (Level1). This is a 21day course for the people who endeavor to go further and deeper into Sadhana. This course has been extracted from Hatha Yoga Pradeepika. In this course, imparts pancha bhutha mudras which clean and balance the five elements within the body and pancha prana mudras which energize the pranic body. Several other mudras, bandhanas and kriyas will also be taught that could effectively cure chronic diseases and disorders. The asanas taught in this course are advanced than those in level1. This course also introduces some special postures which balance the mind.

In this course, second level of Suryanamaskaras which are combined with breathing (Suryakriya) are also practiced. Asanas which awaken inner energies are also a part of this course.

Overall, it has more impact on mind and body. This course is an instrument which shapes and prepares the body and mind to higher levels of meditation. This course comes integrated with Satvic food.
